"I first started doing business with State Farm 25 years ago. At that time I had an agent by the name of Bob Robinson. Bob was, in my opinion, one of the most competent and caring insurance professionals I had ever met. Bob was promoted, which was a true reflection of who he was. However, when Bob left as my agent, I was bounced around to various agents within State Farm, many of whom saw me as a number and had no idea what I needed as a customer. I was recently transferred to Ryan. I assumed like most of my other insurance agents, he would have little knowledge of the products that I purchased or my insurance needs. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when I first interacted with Ryan. He has proven himself to be a diligent and detailed agent who genuinely cares for his customers.
